I got a name having an idea, later on after registration i find it to be a TM while browsing the search results? Moreover, i have it in the .com extension.

I seriously dislike what i did unintentionally? However, My idea is totally different from their product too?

What to do?

Usage plays an important part of bad faith. Based on what you said, if you use the domian for something completely different than the TM AND it is legitamante there is a chance you might be able to prevail if challenged.

I suggest you check what class of trademark it is. For example, lets say they sell t-shirts, yet you sell virus scan software. These are two totally different fields, and while they could have the same name, each could be trademarked in different classes.
