The transaction is structured to include $151.2 million in cash coupled with $88.8 million in Class-A common stock of Vivid Seats.
It should be noted that this purchase is mostly about the Vegas.com's business, not the domain name itself.
it should be mandatory to add that info as the domain price if for sure less than the whole deal.It should be noted that this purchase is mostly about the Vegas.com's business, not the domain name itself.

It's kinda obvious that any highly successful company that is operational and has been for years, is not going to just sell their namesake domain only and keep the business and website content. (Well at least obvious to most.it should be mandatory to add that info as the domain price if for sure less than the whole deal.
Oh, I was go8ng to say....It should be noted that this purchase is mostly about the Vegas.com's business, not the domain name itself.
"It was announced on August 8, 2016, that Walmart would acquire Jet.com for $3.3 billion (~$3.69 billion in 2021) ($3 billion in cash and up to $300 million in stock paid out over time to the founders and other selected individuals at the company)."This has to be the highest domain sale yet
what do you think the price of domain alone is? I still would say a pretty penny. Congrats to the buyer and seller.![]()
