Anyone want to debate why they believe they have the right to enslave, manipulate, force, bully into submission, and send innocent gentle animals to a slaughterhouse full of uneducated employees that have a career in mass murder?

I'm surprised you believe that posting pictures of burgers and making bacon jokes is constructive discussion, assuming you're talking about one person. Or being completely sarcastic and comedic, immediately after images of live baby chicks in a dustbin, another. They will never change their minds. Face up to the fact that not enough people care about hardly anything these days.

Why do you have an issue with those pics? It's just the opposite of the pics you post. And those pics, videos etc, aren't going to change anything. Most people have seen them at one time or another and still Vegans are less than 1% of the U.S. You posted a bunch of pics of MLK, have no idea why, what it's supposed to mean, since again, he was meat eater. And Gandhi drank goat's milk. So he wasn't Vegan either. If you want to be Vegan, great, enjoy it. I'm going to enjoy a more diverse and healthy diet.

Animals do not have vocal chords, so cannot speak human. Although many have been proven to be extremely intelligent and loving.

What makes humans intelligent? Einstein? Newton? What would happen if it were only JBs? Would we have made it out of the caves? Would we still be here?

What makes you superior to animals to treat them as nothing? That you can buy a gun? How many inventions have you made, like the gun? That you can be taught to use a gun from a pre-scripted manual?

Enslaving and bullying animals scientifically proven to be as intelligent as young human children? Treating them like nothing?

Most people eat what they eat because they are used to it and they like it and find it hard to change even if they're convinced it's not good for them - look at the obesity epidemic.

All you are stating are 2 wrongs! We have the mental capacity to expand our horizons to other issues happening.

There is a well know debating tactic called Whataboutery where every argument is countered with "Yes but what about..."

The vegan diet has been shown to be healthier for humans and to be one of the bigger steps a person can take to reduce their carbon footprint.

A lot of distance athletes keep to an essentially vegan diet when training. Yes but what about the insects used in the shellac on their shoelaces...

Has nothing to do with being vegan, vegetarian, meat eater or whatever. Very few people actually eat a varied and healthy diet but those that do can belong to any of the previously mentioned groups.

It's not diverse if you're vegan. Like I said "meat eaters" eat other foods besides meat as well, including vegetables.

Distance athletes? Pick one random sport, even tho many do in fact eat meat. They tend to need more protein for recovery.

Eggs, chicken, salmon, chocolate milk etc.

It's limited vs. being unlimited. It's like saying you love to travel but only travel in the United States vs. somebody who travels the world. I can eat anything, vegans can only eat certain things. So it would be more diverse in the eat anything category.

I would wager the average vegan eats a far more varied diet the average meat eater. Having freedom and exercising it are two very different things.

That didn't answer my question. If the animals were treated nicely, to your standards, would it be ok then? Or are you against all meat eating, no matter what.

then eating an animal that had a good life
would change a lot
