LLLL.net are starting to see some speculative buying, but generally not if they have a V or any vowels in them.

You can get an idea of what is going on with "Chinese premium" LLLL.net, or Net Chips as I call them, here:

I am pretty sure that LLLL.org do not have any value beyond reg-fee, if that, for the most part.
