What do you think it's worth for just the domain i was thinking of developing this one.

Well... when you use "247" domains - (short version of 24 / 7) you actually find there are quite a few sales comps to compare to. Which is nice. It means that domains with 247 do sell, but according to the comps, they do about 150-300 on average. Those are typically also better names. Considering the popularity of Vancouver (and the sheer size of the city) I do believe you have a domain that has potential for a decent resale. Somewhere in the market of about $100-150 is my guess.

Good question. I ran some sales comparison at - the site in my sig =) and It turns out that 360 has roughly the same amount of sales, but betters 247 by a few hundred. The Average for these types of domains tended to be between $400-600.

And for anyone who was confused

360 refers to the amount of degrees in a circle. it also is adapted to basically mean complete or around. So, Love360.com would mean love all around or love circle...

247 is an adapation of 24 /7 or 24 hours a day, Seven days a week. Meaning all the time...

Decent domain but Vancouver is sadly not a 24/7 city as the name seems to suggest. Bars close at 3am in the city and earlier on the outskirts, and casinos chuck you out at 4am.

Still great development potential and with the Olympics coming to town it's that much better.

Decent name, as whitebark stated, Vancouver is definitely not a 24/7 city (for most at least) Development would be a great asset to this site.
