I purchased this one last week - it's read 'find more sources'. I'm thinking it could be used as some sort of search engine (I'm debating developing it) . What do you guys think it's worth?

Develop is the best .. there are alot of unique TLDs domains out there (1 word) and still not have the right value yet... Go with develop it, you can make good revenue with it (at least reg fee currently) while you still can offer it for sale but as developed website with some good traffic.. this will increase your domain value for sure..
