I don't have the faintest idea what psychic vampires are but the CPC on that is $ 2.51

A psychic vampire is basically someone who drains the room of energy by the mere fact that he is there, we have all been in that situation...a great party and then someone comes and makes people miserable by their very presence...

It is a good term and a very good tld which fits but I think it is going to have a hard time finding an end user, you are probably better off developing it yourself.
