Hi! Well I would say that it depends geratly on the quality of it but in general the prices above are rather reasonable to my mind as well!

there can be some ambiguation cz if someone says 7.com
it can mean

-7.com
or
-seven.com

that is trend of domain name, letter combin is enough now,and number domain name is catchy and legible,so do it ,great.
