Value of more RAM on a lightly loaded server?

WiredTree just "Leveled up: my VPS server but limited the RAM to 2048 MB because that is the limit for my current LiteSpeed license. Is $8 per month additional a good value to increase that to 2500?

I use the server for niche WordPress sites which are almost all static pages with no memberships, forums, or other heavy use. Perhaps 5,000 page views per day.
