domain Value of 6 Z domains (hotelz.net, motelz.net, villaz.net etc)

I have acquired a group of accommodation related domains for use by insidecity.net as an accommodation network for specific accommodation types to promote reservations directly from the provider. Each is being developed but would like to get a picture of the current value.

The domains are:

- hotelz.net
- motelz.net
- villaz.net
- resortz.net
- cottagez.net
- cabinz.net

What do you think individual value is and the total group value as is (with no websites or marketing behind them)?

As I stated in chat, the "z" (and .net) hurt the value of these considerably. All would require branding, have no OVT and most likely wouldn't get any type-in traffic. I know you said you paid $2k for the group, but I see them as high xx - low xx each at most, undeveloped. Traffic will always defer to an established developed .com as well.
