LLLL.coms starting with "u" I have found not to be too popular (with resellers) and alot of them drop daily. I own a few (one I have had reg'd for years) and have not had any interest, so thats why I am suggesting development as it will bring more value to the domain. Keep optimistic, never know when a end user can pop up!
