Many of you know Comps aka Comparable's are a big deal when it comes to selling real estate. While some are exploring more "outbound marketing strategies", showing comparable's very similar to the way Go Daddy does it only make sense when selling your domains to "end users".
While most of my emails are customized, i'm working on a script that may include up to 5 comparable's. To share an example for the domain WannaHug.com, here are five comparable's;
WannaTrip.com $1,700
WannaWindow.com $2,295
Wannago.com $20,350
Gonnabe.com $1,668
WannaTravel.com $2,448
While I've yet to price WannaHug.com, Go Daddy's appraisals/valuations are a guide for both the buyer and me, the seller. Would you share comparable's like this with a buyer? Would comparable's like this help you determine an asking price for your domain. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks
