Using a sites logo to put a search on your site

Let say I wanted to put a search box on my website for IMDb.com. Would it be alright for me to take their logo and put it next to that search box, seeing how I will not claim the image to be mine, and I am using their image to send them traffic?

Most sites will tell you if you can. Your answer is on this page:

I don't think there'd be any issue, you're not using it for your own commerical gain.
