A huge list of SEO tools has been created over at Google Knol.

The list is user-editable (like wikipedia) so feel free to add any SEO tools that are not included.

The goal is to have a solid list of SEO tools that continually gets updated and collaborated on by tons of people so that it can be bookmarked and used by everyone.
