we need to catch the mastermind behind this not just ip blocking or email blocking will do

I used to get a ton of these as well. What's really funny about this one though is that "the sum of USD$50.000.00 million" means he has $50 TRILLION dollars. LOL! I guess Bill Gates is no longer the richest?

you know what never changed on this scam emails, is that no matter how convincing they send their email with news links as proofs and no matter how they present it, still their email address used is free don't they find it amusing? if they got that amount of money i bet having their own isp account with email will not hurt.

problem is until now you don't have a clue who's the sender, as soon as you think you catch him/her in him/her tracks, he/she changes isp, email, server ip, everything.
