The US Amateur Track & Association is using a .TV to broadcast video and live streaming content of Track & Field competitions. The domain was registered April 2012 but I suspect the site did not go live until this year.

A year later they have quite a bit of video content on the site. True track & field does not have the following of other sports but there is no denying .TV is being used by some end users for video-oriented websites. However, it is one thing to see development and completely another to see regular $XXXX sales from one's personal portfolio.
