    Hi

what is it worth to you, to replace it from your portfolio?

how much would it cost you to buy it now, if you didn't already own it?

how long can you wait for another buyer who offers more?

do you think there will be other buyers in the future?

do you think the dot estate extension will hold value in the future?

think whether you are investor or flipper, whether you need the cash now or can wait till later

think about will this potential buyer pay more, or walk away if you ask for more.

    think....

    imo...

In my opinion you should sell it.
Only 8 sales reported on namebio since 2014, last one being in 2017 (2 years ago).

I agree but if you don't ask for more you will never get it. You can always roll over and accept but the negotiation is the window for more.
