I just registered Energy Healing dot us (40,500 broad / 27,100 phrase / 9,900 exact searches on google a month). It's also the 2nd-3rd most popular keyword after "healing" in that niche. Your thoughts? Btw, all major and many country extensions are taken, including .cc / .ws , etc.. and 50+ other healing dot us names are registered.

Both domains were dropped by Unilever (UK company, I think)--I checked before the auctions. (I did not win either, and I don't remember what they went for, except that the winner of Degree.us got a bargain, and Degree.info went for far more than I expected.)

Degree is a brand for a deodorant.

However, degree is also a generic word having several meanings, including college degrees, temperature, etc.

If the buyer sets up a parking page with Degree deodorant ads, he/she could be in deep water.

I would think, though, setting up a mini-site about online degrees would be far more lucrative than engaging in idiotic cybersquatting.

If used correctly, these domains should pose no problem for their owners.
