Late response, but be careful with posts like this. If Google decide to go after the domain you've pretty much just blown your case.

Been thinking about NNNN.us a bit recently, there's thousands of them still available. There must have been a time when people looked at NNNN.com and thought they had no meaning (other than obvious dates etc), no real value and would never be worth anything....
