Some of these Sedo is reporting have no updates for quite a while, even years in the whois. Are these sales legit? Whenever I buy or sell one, the last transferred date or the domain last updated date changes to when it was pushed. Looking good if it's legit and thanks for sharing.

These are so new that it's possible that they haven't cleared escrow but Sedo still reported the sale? Powertools is listed as sold on 2/25 so maybe check back on these in a few weeks. They are encouraging sales though I don't trust Sedo at all.
