We find no right of .US registry to introduce whois record privacy, nor to open the extension for international registrations.

The 4th amendment to the constitution of the United States upholds and protects the privacy of the U.S citizen. Privacy restrictions on .us extension are incongruent with the principals of the U.S, maybe even unconstitutional.
