question-answered .us domain deleted with no USA residency details in the whois?

Hi guys

Currently i have a premium .us Domain which i wanna use for a business project in the USA.

How big is the chance that the domain would be deleted if i have no USA residency details in the Whois and impressum? i have to found a US company for that?

When you registered the domain, you had to state why you were authorized to register a .us domain. If you told the truth, then just no USA residency details in the whois shouldn't lead to your domain being deleted. At least without them contacting you first, if someone files a nexus complaint.

If you lied in your application and you don't meet their nexus requirements, then you shouldn't own the domain.
