Hi All,
I am writing this to express my frustration regarding a surprisingly basic missing feature in the Unstoppable Domains panel: Glue Records (Private Nameservers).
We are in the AI era. You are positioning yourselves as a cutting-edge registrar with aggressive marketing strategies, claiming to revolutionize the domain industry. Yet, it is baffling that I cannot simply register ns1.mydomain.com to point to my own server IP within your dashboard.
This is a fundamental feature that every single one of your competitors offers seamlessly in their control panels. It is the industry standard. What makes it worse is the complete lack of transparency; there is zero mention of this limitation in your help documentation. I wasted a significant amount of time searching for a "Host Names" or "Glue Records" section, only to realize it simply doesn't exist.
If you claim to be a modern and ambitious player in this market, you need to provide the basic tools that professional users need. Excluding such a standard feature while marketing yourselves as "the future" is a major contradiction.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and this feature is added soon.
