advice Unregistry, Why don't I trust them ??

Hi all.
I'm new to Domains as such but have had a few, but old to the net & sites. I recently transferred my domains that were up for renewal away from Godaddy to Unregistry.
I had a sale fall through a couple of days back, which I suppose happens, but the so called broker still hasn't told me himself. the buyer even agreed through Escrow.
I had an old Sedo account that I signed into but because of old emails etc I have asked to close and may re open a new account. I need some advice on Unregistry if anyone knows anything please & also where to put my domains until renewal.
I can't remember why I chose them, something sparked it off that I must have seen online, perhaps ID lock ?
Many many thanks if you can help out.
I'm going to need lots of help I'm afraid.

you should change the title of your thread

why?

cuz being a newbie, you don't have enough knowledge or experience with them, to say you don't trust a company, that many currently do business with.

I have enough experience with them to know that the broker who was supposed to be dealing with my sale did very little to sell it, he couldn't even be bothered to let me know the Escrow had fell through. I found out by chance the sale had not gone ahead.
That's my experience.

A lot of people done business with Samsung ?

Hence the title, which will staying Newbie or Top member !

btw. Just in case I'm misunderstood: I'm *not* unhappy with uniregistry

I would like to add, that I managed to lock myself out of my Uniregistry account earlier.
I put in a support ticket that was answered with advice well within 15 minutes, which is spot on.
