Hi,

First off, center your content, logo, and entire page for that matter. Secondly, do a spell check on your content, there are many words spelled incorrectly. Thirdly, and most importantly, your site lacks proper navigation and web usability. Create a navigational menu and organize your content.

Agreed with all the above.

Plus, can users add their comments to it? If so, i must have missed how. In any way, to make it a true rant site that reveals the mishaps of a company, i'd open it up to the public, whether that's forum or blog style remains to be determined.
Also, if you're stating something about a company; as a consumer, i'd like to see proof. Partial timestamped copies of email correspondence, false answers, etc. would be helpful.
