Plus, can users add their comments to it? If so, i must have missed how. In any way, to make it a true rant site that reveals the mishaps of a company, i'd open it up to the public, whether that's forum or blog style remains to be determined.
Also, if you're stating something about a company; as a consumer, i'd like to see proof. Partial timestamped copies of email correspondence, false answers, etc. would be helpful.
