Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
Hi Daniel,
I appreciate the kind words!
Together we'll get there. Once the dust settles a little we'll create a campaign to start collecting votes from domain owners to demand some changes. If we bundle our forces, we can accomplish anything.
Check out this review from one of our sellers that manages a portfolio of domains that DAN can handle escrow for fully automated: https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/5d149c4f42fa560840465c45
Our goal is to introduce the exact same service level this seller gets to at least 90%-95% of our sellers.
Some things have to change for that to be possible, but as mentioned before, if we bundle our forces and make our demands heard, we can make it happen.
Kind regards,
Reza

since transactions+invoicing+provided-data was a mess over and over again, without hope of change to the better after a decade+."
the primary market has reached a certain cap in terms of growth, while the secondary market is becoming more often the primary market for the next generation businesses.
@Reza consider to add an option to use own domain for portfolio showcase and efty might be out of game
Afternic doesn't deserve that big fat chunky 20% commission.
What have they been doing with all that money?
@Reza A registrar with very good interface for domain investors and very good prices.we need modern, fast & fresh environment these days to be able to make a decent living with selling domains.
I think Afternic/Godaddy doesnt give a damn because they are so big.Agree, Afternic sucks big time and their "so-called" synchro / synergy with GoDaddy doesn't work.
@Reza dan gives gateaway error
It was fixed in a few minsThis is yet another one of these posts.
As a seller I find it very annoying to keep reading these reports which are vague and without any real proof. Can you please post the screenshot of what you're seeing and/or email undeveloped support about it if you're experiencing gateway issues so all sellers can benefit if indeed there's any issues.
Quick note:
All Godaddy transactions are delayed. We've tried everything and can't accept or push any domains since last night at Godaddy.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
During negotiation.
Seller sees buyer's IP and location.
Does buyer see seller's IP and location?
Is it real? does this seller actually have 595 active negotiations at the moment? sounds crazy

Quick update: The issue was fixed on Sunday. We've processed the stalled Godaddy transfers on Sunday.
They are donuts inc, a registry and owners of biggest portofolio of ngtlds, so with over 2 million premium ngtlds, 600 negotiations are not that much.Is it real? does this seller actually have 595 active negotiations at the moment? sounds crazy

I was not saying that they have listed 2 million domains, more that they own around 2 million premium marked domains, so probably they import some of the inquiries to undeveloped. If I remember correctly, they only had 50 pages of domains, which isn't 2 million domains, unless it's the maximum Undeveloped shows, anyway, if they indeed have 2 millions premium ngtlds listed, 600 negotiations are indeed not that much.
thanks!
Also premium names get regular offers on a very regular basis. 600 is not a lot if you have many.If I remember correctly, they only had 50 pages of domains, which isn't 2 million domains, unless it's the maximum Undeveloped shows, anyway, if they indeed have 2 millions premium ngtlds listed, 600 negotiations are indeed not that much.

Thats a great number of transactions, what your portfolio size?
