Unconventional Ways to Enhance Domain Monetization? Because Ad Blockers are Blackhole for Ad Impressions.

Hi,

I am not a large scale domain investor. I just hold a few domains. If I want to expand portfolio my biggest problem becomes renewals. Ad blockers are just great for that. They almost eat up the ad impressions. Do you have any unconventional ways to monetize the domains.

I am thinking to develop something, but before that, I just want to understand your painpoints regarding this aspect. Is it the same problem as I am facing, or you just don't care about the ad or other forms of revenue that might come from your parked domains?

Your experiences will be valuable to understand the issue. Thinking to find a solution ....

Nothing rock solid at this moment. Want to know problems of other domain investors, so that something, hopefully, can be done.

One solution is to pay ad blockers like Google does. Then the ad impressions won't be blocked.

Another solution is to play the cat-and-mouse game with them to keep bypassing their blocks.

Ad blockers really changed the parking landscape. Many domainers now focus more on sales landers than ads.
