Unable to login to GoDaddy in India

Though the main godaddy website is accessible, unable to login, access https://sso.godaddy.com/?realm=idp&path=/products&app=account in panaji, goa,India using the bsnl, airtel connection today
Is anyone else facing the same problem? How to fix the problem?

https://in.godaddy.com
and it work fine for me, never had any issue.
