UberGuy.com is a men’s entertainment website (no adult content, sfw) that was launched about 8 months ago. The site caters to the beer drinking, beef eating man that likes a good laugh at news, videos and pictures. Since its launch UberGuy.com has been averaging 20-60,000 uniques per month, but with our recent efforts in adding more viral content to the website we have seen an enormous spike of traffic in the month of November, and also so far in December.
With two focus categories Pictures and Videos, our ability to deliver viral content has re-gained the interest of our users, and has been a HUGE success with sites linking to us. We are continuously being featured on sites like StumbleUpon.com, Digg.com, and linked by various men’s entertainment sites like BodForMods.com and DoubleViking.com.
The site’s extraordinary design not only captures the visitor’s interest but it makes it easy to navigate and keeps the users coming back for more. The design is 100% custom, and was created only for UberGuy.com. The backend which is coded in PHP, with a few scripts integrated is also 100% custom. As you can tell the Forum section says Coming Soon – we used to have a forum up but we recently took it down for redesign. The new design can be seen in the attachment on the right, and it is 100% completed ready for launch. Every detail on UberGuy.com screams professionalism, and with such a great reputation behind it, the site would make a GREAT addition to any network.
The site it’s self is very low maintenance, and will only require the effort of one person. We upload 3-4 new pictures, and videos daily so as you can probably tell it won’t take much time. The new owner will be given information on what our users like, and where to find great content.

Revenue Details:
UberGuy.com has advertising contracts with an agency which pays $3K down for three months at a time, which essentially means they are paying us $1K per month for advertising on the site. The three month contract has expired for our time, and we are already approved for renewal, the new owner will simply have to accept the contract or if they wish find advertising of their own!
All of our advertising deals have come to us directly through our contact forum, and we have not tried to monetize the site otherwise. We have many companies which are also looking to advertise on UberGuy.com – we will forward the information to the new owner.
We have only one expense which is about $20 a month for hosting. Since our videos are linked and not actually hosted on our servers we save A LOT of money on hosting. Our total PROFITS per month are $1,000+ at minimum.
Traffic Details:
Traffic on UberGuy.com is exceptional; mainly due to our ability to keep up with posting videos and pictures. Like previously stated we averaged 20-60,000 unqiues monthly but since November we have had nearly 300,000 uniques. The main reason for this is because we have just started posting more videos and pictures again; if you keep up the same you will continue to see a growth in traffic.
We no longer promote UberGuy.com, during the first month we did to establish our user base, but since june we have not spent a dime on advertising. All of our traffic is organic, or comes from referring websites.
