Typos

I wish that all those members who list typos for appraisals and/or offers would mention that typos are TYPOS! Most do, :tu: , but some don't. Maybe it is an oversight but it appears to be misleading.

I have yet to get caught off guard. I just see alot of typos out there. Some are very close and can easily slip through.
