Type in domains

I was wondering how mutch are type in domains worth? Lets say, a pure type in domain (parked) makes 10$ daily, how mutch is it worth?

If it's making $10 a day consistently, then over a year you would earn $3650 from it. Some people ask for at least 2X annual revenue, some people ask more. It really just depends on what you're comfortable with.
I wouldn't let it go for less than a years revenue though. If it's making $10 a day, that would be a bare minimum.

Selling wise, I like to sell for 4-6 yrs revenue for real type-in names that aren't just fads.

Buying-wise, I tend to try to pay 6-12 months

I agree, I would not let my typos go for anything less than 5 years
