Established Two Grey Hat sites for sale with revenue Niches Credit Cards and Diamonds

Grey hat sites for sale in two different niches.
I have not made any efforts to build links or send traffic to these sites, so if you build some traffic you should see a lot higher revenue.
These sites have NOT had any spammy type promotion techniques used on them but I have classified them grey hat because they display random articles as the content.
They are created in high paying niches that regularly pay over $1 in adsense per click. So you shouldn't need too much traffic to earn good adsense revenue.

Diamonds and jewelry site with approx $10 revenue via adsense in last 3-4 months. Not yet indexed by google but getting traffic from msn and yahoo.

Credit Card related site with approx $4 revenue in the last 2 months. Indexed in google and yahoo already.

Not much revenue yet but as stated I haven't tried sending these traffic or any other promotion techniques yet. I am just clearing out some sites I haven't got time or interest in building up.

REDUCED BIN to $100 for both sites as a package.
