First one, I don't see how its a bad domain. For the .com version of it I say an appraisal somewhere High $x,xxx - low $xx,xxx .

As for the MSWINDOWS.ASIA, heres a link of all the trademarks that MS has, and "MS" isn't listed as any one of them. http://www.microsoft.com/library/toolbar/3.0/trademarks/en-us.mspx

If you use the domains for things not related to microsoft, you may be okay.

For all I know someone will give you $500,000 for both of those. They certainly have value to you so they are at least worth reg fee.

They are not at all good names - sorry.
The MSWindows one has TM issues and the other one is not good either (even if it doesn't come under TM violation).
But congrats on your 1st pair of asia domains.
