Two domains required, social network and web directory

I'm looking to purchase two domains with or without traffic.

Preferably an aged domain. but it really doesn't matter.

One domain will be used for a web directory, no specific niche in mind just a general directory.

One domain will be used for a social networking website. It won't be a dating website so no dating domains.

Not looking to spend a lot. Maximum budget of $15 for each domain
