Tweaks and monetization needed

needed

1. homepage link that allows people to make my site their homepage

2. google ads on the splash pages. ad monetization. I want them to be finely tuned to increasing web traffic. I don't want to violate google's tos

3. the top menu of gmail....images...etc the google features to be added to search results. currently they do not

few other minor things (change of font, for example)

I'm open to (and willing to pay more) for other suggestions. I want to make my site easier for users
