Some minor tweaks on a script needed.

Hello all,

I need someone to make a few minor tweaks on a script.

What I need is to change the layout a little bit in order to make it more unique - nothing major just minor changes. For example, I would maybe like it if we could put the Main features (Under Home: Latest Recipes, Submit a recipe etc) instead of being listed vertically on the left of the site - it could be horizontally right under the header or something like that.

Also, I would like for the home page to show an article instead of a random recipe as it does at the moment (would be great to make it like a blog where I could add articles, but if that's too hard then nevermind).

The more the better but keep it simple. Just want to make it a little more unique as mentioned above.

Pm me or post your quote and time of delivery here. Not looking to spend too much on this so whatever you can do without much effort will probably work. I don't have any specific demands - but if the above can be satisfied it would be great.

Try to keep it under the $20 price range...
