Hm ... marblehost.com offers those tuts their customers to be able to run their web sites with no problems. They are helpful in fixing them. And they have done in a quality and understandable way.

i think video tutorials are great, especially more oriented to new site users... experienced users won't look twice... but I've been planning to add it for my site... just have to figure out if I can do it in camstudio first...
