domain TTS.AI | $50K offer

Hey there,
I acquired the domain tts.ai (Text To Speech) AI - last year for a decent price.
Fast-forward to today, and I have a $50K offer on the table.

Though as you all know, the AI SaaS industry is everchanging, with ElevenLabs being worth upwards of $2B within a few years, with TTS as their primary go to tool.

I'm wondering whether or not I try to squeeze more out of them, as this seems like their top dollar. - OR whether this is far too low of an offer for the domain.

that price seems high to be from an investor, particularly if it's an offer and not an auction. regardless, the price seems fair based on comps, so it's up to you whether $50k is worth more or less than holding the name indefinitely. if not, a broker might be able to help you negotiate a higher offer or find other potential buyers.
