Trying to get ranking for keyword "ebooks" - Does having eBooks.cc help this ranking?

Hi,
I'm trying to get search engine ranking for the very competetive keyword "ebooks" - does having my website be at http://www.eBooks.cc help this ranking?

Having keywords in domain names dont help that much anymore, however I did notice that keywords in domain names are making a come back on some search engines such as MSN, I would say it wouldnt hurt to have it there, but dont expect to get good rankings for such a competetive keyword just because you have the keyword in the domain name, you need excellent onsite and offsite optimization to get a decent ranking for it on Google and Yahoo.
