I am not bidding, but I want to say very professional layout....but one thing about your bidding; I would not recommend PM bidding. I would make them post here in this thread their bid, I would do this to save you hassle later on because people may acuse you of making false bids just to increment your price. If you do allow PM bidding, show a screenshot of the PM you got with the price. Just trying to help you out.

wow that looks really good, I do suggest trying to sell it here www.designcontests.com and www.sitepoint.com and www.webmasterstalk.com also, not many templates are sold here, not even really good ones, most people on here can design there own. hope this helps.
