Hello Namepros.
I am not sure quite where to post this, DomainBELL said this would be the best place. If it is the wrong forum please feel free to move it.
I recently formatted my computer, mostly because all the work that I have going on at the moment. This was to free up some space etc. After the format I reinstall all the programs that I need and will be using on a regular basis.
I now try to get in to my Cpanel for my up and coming blog wi5.net, to my horror I can access my main index page but not my ports; Cpanel, WHM and Webmail to say the least.
I have been in contact with my host, Polurnet and the customer support say’s that it is to do with my firewall settings. I have no firewall set on my computer yet, Windows firewall is turned off.
We know it is my end of the side because Polurnet support and other people on MSN Messenger can access all my features on Cpanel and WHM.
Anybody got any ideas what could be causing this problem? I would be most grateful if you could help me out.
Thank you Ryan.
