HELP!! Firewall doing my head in

We recently moved house and have a new firewall installed by T-Online.

Unfortunately, this blocks me from accessing Cpanel (for webhosting), Itunes, VPN or anything else which normal people use on a daily basis.

Anybody have any ideas?

I ensured that ports 80 and 443 TCP are open but I still can't access Cpanel or Itunes.
I'm not really sure about which ports I need to open up for VPN.

Cpanel is usually outbound tcp 2082 (no SSL) and, I believe, 2083 (SSL).

Or is it 2087 for SSL?
