I am documenting a serious dispute with TRAVADS regarding the domain vaome.com, which they are currently holding 'hostage' in a custodial Dynadot account.
Background:
I purchased this domain from TRAVADS in 2022 for $500. I was told they would facilitate a resale, but after 3 years of zero activity, I requested the domain be moved to my personal Dynadot account.
The Issue:
TRAVADS has refused the transfer and is now demanding I pay an "end-user price" to get my own domain back. Despite me providing a clear bill of sale (Invoice #1663) to Dynadot, their abuse team (Mila Delmer) has declined to intervene, citing that they cannot verify me as the registrant.
Evidence Provided:
Invoice #1663 explicitly shows my name and "vaome.com" as the purchased item.
ICANN Complaint: I have officially filed a complaint with ICANN (Case #01547705)
I am sharing this here to warn other domainers and seek advice from the community on how to compel transfer of a fully-paid asset withheld in bad faith.
