Transferring without permission

Let's say i left one of my domains in 'active' status and someone tried to transfer it to his account :

- Will the transfer start right away without i notice?
- If he successfully transfers my name , will i be able to get it back? like claim he "stole" it for example?

If the domain name is in Register lock and is active no one can get it without your permission. if it is not active though it is possible to transfer it without permission

It's "Registry Status: ACTIVE" , that means it's exposed and anyone can transfer it , right?

It must be "Lock status: ACTIVE"
If so, no transfer requests go through
