Transferring co.uk away from domaindiscount24

I did a search for this but couldn't find the appropriate answer.

I have 2 co.uk domains with domaindiscount24 that are expiring in 1 month. I would like to transfer them to Moniker (or another, cheaper registrar) but cannot find how to transfer them. Before I ask DD24 I thought I would check here.

Has anybody transferred. uk away from DD24? If so, how did you do it?
