Transfering a domain

I'm transfering a domain from a reseller? (When I first got started, I bought a domain from a web hosting company - a small one).

Since then, the guy running the company had to go over to Iraq and I had it hosted with a partner company of his. Well, I didn't ask for the username/password to login into my domain information... So now I would like to transfer it to Enom. I paid the $8.88 to get it transfered, it said it e-mailed the contact (Which my e-mail is under Administrative Contact).

I've waited for the last 2 hours and still havn't received the e-mail.. How long does it usally take?

Woke up today and recieved it. Had me worried... Now I just need to wait another 4-5 days to actually edit the name servers.
