Transfered out of Moniker, names still showing in account?

I just transferred some names out of Moniker to Godaddy. I got an email saying it was successful in the transfer & looking in my Godaddy account, then names are there. But when I log into Moniker, the names are there as well! Doesn't Moniker delete the names from your account once it has been transferred out :?

You have to ask your account manager to delete those "phantom" domains which have been transferred.

it happened to me also. You need to ask them to delete
sometimes it happens at enom as well.

Moniker has a history of registry / registrar sync problems; doesn't truly know what domains it has.

Sync problems is not something one would expect from a registrar that's touted as "secure" :lol:

Thanks for the advice.

I've never experienced that before with any other company. I would've thought that Moniker would've automatically done it once transferred.

Many registrars have a similar problem. Sometimes they will even continue to charge you for domains that are long gone
One more reason for keeping an accurate inventory on your end.
