Transfer Request from GoDaddy

Today while I was looking through my email I came across an e-mail for someone that was intiating the transfer of my domain to GoDaddy, I did not authorize this or give the permission to do whatever they were doing. Do I simply ignore this e-mail or is there a way that I can cancel the request because I definately do not want to transfer my domain?

BTW- I just regged two domains at GoDaddy, went to Manage Domains, and both were indeed locked by default...
