Transfer Problem

Can anyone explain to me how to transfer a domain that is regged less than 60 days ago ?
I sold a domain but I cannot transfer it because it was regged less than 60 days ago. Is this corrct and is there any way around it.
I have the domain regged with Dynadot

Get the buyer to sign up to Dynadot and then transfer to his account, if you can do it like that. Someone said to me just now that if they want it that bad then they will wait, try the above first if you can.
