OK, so i bought a domain 3 weeks ago, its at network solutions, the owner had it registered there, and pushed it to me.

Can i transfer the domain to Godaddy now? OR do i have to wait 60 days etc.

Normally, you can transfer it away unless Netsol has a policy on recent holder changes.
The 60-day lock only applies to inter-registrar transfers.

OK thanks, i guess i can then.

NOW my problem is

(1) i cannot find my domain on NS and
(2) i cannot find any info on transferring out.

This is exactly why i am transferring, I HATE SITES LIKE THIS.

OK this is pathetic, i try and email support and cant even do that?

This is what it says, "Please use only letters, numbers, dashes (-) or periods (.).Do not enter spaces or other punctuation.

Domain name exceeded the maximum length allowed"

WTF is that?

Any help would be appreciated.

A transfer within a registrar does not affect your ability to transfer away from that registrar... ie no time period extension or anything like that.

I cant wait to leave, im about to blow up on this NS website, im going to ring up and give someone a "coaching lesson" in a minute.

Unbelievable, i had to ring up to get anywhere and the the person wants me to tell them why i want to leave, then tries to stall me with garbage.

I do not put up with crap, never will i use NS again. Game over. :bah:

You can transfer away anytime.
I bought many domains at NetSol and transferred them to GD or Moniker right after receiving it in my NetSol account.

:hi:

GoDaddy makes you agree to a 60 day lock for domain pushes but it is a violation of the Registrar-Registry Agreement.

Supposedly if you complain loud enough GoDaddy will release the lock.

And that's the way i like it my friend, if you ever get in a domain dispute you know the domain is going nowhere for 60 days.

At least i can (1) log in and see my domains, (2) pay $1.17 for my reg fee as i just did, (3) have an email system that works, (4) get an email from Godaddy every time i touch my domain or i fart.
